1. Overview
GalaxyMize provides custom digital creative services — including brand kits, strategy documents, ad concepts, visuals, tone guides, and related materials — designed individually for each client.
All Services are custom-built according to the information provided by the client and are delivered digitally.
By using our Site or Services, you confirm that you:
Are at least 18 years of age or legally able to enter a binding contract, and
Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Custom Work & Ownership
All work created by GalaxyMize is custom and unique to the client’s provided information.
Upon full payment, GalaxyMize grants the client complete commercial rights to the final deliverables provided.
However:
GalaxyMize retains the right to showcase non-confidential creative work for portfolio, marketing, or educational purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client may not claim authorship or redistribute our templates, frameworks, or brand systems as resale items or derivative work.
3. Payments
All purchases must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
GalaxyMize accepts secure payments through Stripe, PayPal, and other authorized processors.
By completing your payment, you authorize GalaxyMize to begin work immediately and acknowledge that your purchase is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
All pricing is listed in your selected currency and includes applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Non-Refundable Custom Services
All GalaxyMize offerings are classified as custom digital creative services.
Due to the personalized and labor-based nature of our work:
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted after purchase.
No revisions or retries are offered unless purchased as specific add-ons (e.g., “A/B Concept”).
GalaxyMize does not issue refunds for dissatisfaction based on creative taste, preference, or misunderstanding of service scope.
Once work begins, the service is considered rendered and final.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and final information at checkout and during intake.
GalaxyMize will not be held responsible for errors, misalignment, or creative direction issues resulting from missing or incorrect client input.
If GalaxyMize does not receive required information within a reasonable time after purchase, the project may be paused or canceled without refund.
6. Delivery
All deliverables are provided digitally through secure download links, email, or cloud storage.
Delivery of files constitutes full performance and completion of GalaxyMize’s service obligation.
No physical products are shipped or returnable.
7. Intellectual Property
Before full payment, all creative concepts, drafts, and materials remain the property of GalaxyMize.
Upon full payment, you receive:
Full commercial usage rights for final deliverables.
No ownership of raw design files, creative frameworks, or internal strategy templates.
GalaxyMize retains background intellectual property rights, including methods, creative systems, and proprietary frameworks used during project creation.
8. Dispute & Chargeback Policy
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider for any reason related to:
Dissatisfaction with creative work,
Misunderstanding of inclusions,
Delays due to missing client information, or
Subjective creative preference.
All orders are considered final and fulfilled upon digital delivery.
If a chargeback is filed, GalaxyMize will provide documentation to the payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard) including proof of work, client communication, and acceptance of these Terms.
Initiating a false chargeback may result in legal collection action and permanent service ban.
9. Limitation of Liability
GalaxyMize will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
In no event shall GalaxyMize’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
You agree that GalaxyMize is not responsible for losses related to brand performance, campaign outcomes, or financial results derived from the creative materials provided.
10. Modifications and Updates
GalaxyMize reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
Your continued use of our Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Confidentiality
Any information provided by the client that is marked or reasonably understood to be confidential will remain confidential and used solely for the purpose of project creation.
GalaxyMize will not share or sell client information to third parties, except as necessary to fulfill the service or comply with legal obligations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction — e.g., the State of Delaware, USA / European Union].
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Termination
