All GalaxyMize services — including but not limited to Brand Kits, creative strategy decks, campaign concepts, tone guides, visuals, and written materials — are classified as non-returnable, non-refundable, and final.

- Dissatisfaction with subjective creative outcomes
- Differences in creative taste or preference
- Misunderstanding of service scope or inclusions
- Lack of use of the delivered materials
- Duplicate or accidental orders by the client
GalaxyMize invests time, research, and creative expertise into every project immediately after purchase. Therefore, refunds or chargebacks are not possible once work has commenced.
3. No Revisions or Retries
Each GalaxyMize order represents our best professional creative judgment.
We do not offer revisions, second drafts, or redirections unless specifically purchased as an additional add-on (such as “A/B Concept”).
You are purchasing an expert-driven recommendation and final creative direction — not an iterative service.
4. Confirmation of Purchase and Client Responsibility

You must ensure that all brand information, preferences, and reference materials you provide are complete and accurate.
GalaxyMize will not be liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client information.

5. Delivery of Digital Services

Once your materials are shared, the service is considered fully rendered and delivered.
No physical items are shipped or returnable.
Completion of digital delivery constitutes full performance of GalaxyMize’s service obligation.
